Surreal WRF (Tip)

Surreal WRF (Tip) boasts some impressive horses in her family tree. Her bloodlines include some of the most legendary warmbloods on the World Stage, Gaudi, Totalis, Gribaldi, DeNiro, Rousseau, Ferro AND Jazz.

Tip's sire, Gaudi is the first and only Totalis offspring standing in the USA. In 2021, he held first place USEF Dressage Breeding Sire, leading the 2nd place sire by more than three times the points. In 2022, Reserve Champion USEF Dressage Breeding Sire and in 2023 he was Champion USEF Dressage Breeding Sire. His dam is the elite preferent presentation mare, Annabel Pestatie by DeNiro. She has produced several licensed KWPN stallions and leads the KWPN index for dressage mares. She has produced top sport and keuring horses. De Niro’s sire, Donnerhall, made his mark on the German scene as much for his performances in competition as his impact on breeding. With Karin Rehbein, he won a number of titles: Champion of Germany, Gold Metal for his team at the CM in La Haye and in Rome, Bronze Metal individually in the CE at Verden. In breeding, Donnerhall founded a celebrated bloodline of stallions with his 93 approved progeny. His genetic index for dressage is 156.

Gauid's sire, Totalis requires no introduction. A legend in his own lifetime, he brought dressage into a new era and set three world records in the process. Known for his fantastic, expressive movement and his harmony with his rider, Totilas is now proving himself as valuable as a breeding stallion as he was a sport horse.

On her Dam's side, Tip descends from Rousseau, Ferro and KWPN foundation stallion Jazz. Rousseau is the sire of three successive KWPN champion stallions. He is known for being one of the top stallions for producing rideable offspring with easy and kind temperaments. In 2007, he had the highest dressage index of any KWPN stallion on a score of 181. He is a tall, large-framed stallion with plenty of bone and a strong shoulder, with a well-connected topline. His sire, Ferro, is a dressage legend, who competed at the highest level, including at the Olympics and European Championships under Coby van Balen, and then went on to become one of dressage's major foundation sires. He produced a dressage dynasty, with his most notable offspring being - among others - Negro, Kennedy, Metall and Rhodium. He has more than 35 licensed sons and is grandsire of many gold medalists including Uthopia and Valegro.

Tip has inherited all of the best qualities of her rockstar pedigree. She is just stunning in the riding ring, with impeccable confirmation and uphill gaits, combining the presence and athletic ability of all these top performers. In 2024, Tip competed for the first time as an up and coming filly with the USDF. She won Reserve Champion for the Southeast and finished 3rd in the Nation under the USDF 2yr filly class.

Five Filly Farm plans to pair Tip with one of our KNN registered Knabstrupper stallions to bring these amazing qualities to the Knabstrupper breed and add a little color to the show ring.
